A tin plated sheet (commonly known as a tinplate) is a steel plate coated with a thin layer of metal tin on the surface. Tin plating plate is to roll low carbon steel into about 2mm thick steel plate, after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning annealing, leveling, cutting edge processing, and then by cleaning, electroplating, soft melt, passivation treatment, oiled cut into tin plate plate finished products, tin plating plate used for high purity tin (Sn>99.8%).
The tin layer can also be coated with hot dip plating method, which results in a thick tin plate tin layer, a large amount of tin, tin plating does not need to be purified treatment. TIN Plating Plate has the advantages of tasteless non-toxic, light weight, easy to process molding and so on. Printing different patterns can also beautify products, so in the food canned industry, electronic devices, chemical paint and other industries have been widely used. In the production process of tin plating plate, after the steel-plated soft melt, in order to prevent the tin plating plate in storage or paint baking when the tin layer oxidation yellowing, while improving the sulfur resistance of the tin plating plate and other properties, the tin plating plate should be passivated treatment.
